Pilates Ring in Tabletop

- Lay on the floor and place a pilates ring between your lower legs as shown.
- Engage the core and start position the legs into a table top position.
- Apply slight inwards pressure onto the pilates ring and hold OR slowly lower the feet to the floor and back (keeping the knees at 90 degrees and core activated so that the back doesn’t arch).
- Repeat.
