31. Functional LL Retraining
- Stand in an offset or lunge position.
- Slightly hinge forward from your waist / hips
- Hold a weight or resistance band (secured on the floor) in the opposite hand to the front leg.
- Row the object back towards your rib cage.
- Maintain the hold for 1-2 seconds then control back to the starting position.

- This exercise should be felt in the glute muscle on the front leg, and the mid to upper back on the moving arm side, as well as testing your balance and control.
