Neck extensor strength with rotation
03. Posture & Basic Stability Functional
- Start with head just resting over the edge of the surface (e.g. bed or plinth)
- Elongate through the back of the neck whilst gently tucking the chin downwards as shown (e.g. imagine gently holding a tennis ball underneath the chin)
- Then start to gently rotate the neck left and right whilst maintain the small chin tuck
- Repeat until fatigue or until you lose the chin position
