Lunge Within Frame
64. Pilates Reformer Standing
- Remove all springs and stand within the frame, facing the footbar, with one knee resting on the carriage behind you
- Keeping your core engaged and most of your weight on your front foot glide the carriage backwards into a deep lunge
- drive through front foot and pull back leg forwards to return to standing
Variations are adding a pulse in at end range; or heel raise; or dead lift
