Leg Circles
20. Mat Stability Basic
- Align your body into neutral and engage your core
- Float the right leg into tabletop and reach the leg long so the foot reaches towards the ceiling
- Keep the leg long and circle it 6-10 times in one direction and then 6-10 times in the other
- Repeat on the left side
- Can be done with theraband around the ball of the foot to assist
