72. Pilates Combo Chair Prone/Supine
- Lay on your side on the chair with your feet together and your hand on the pedal and find your neutral spine.
- Engage your core and peel up into a side bend, starting with the head.
- Now return to the start position by rolling the spine down in the reverse order, starting from your low back.
- Repeat
Progression: As you peel up, raise the top arm and leg into a half star shape. As you lower, bring your arm and leg back by your side.
