31. Functional LL Retraining
- Start in a split lunge position with the bar at shoulder height.
- Push off with legs and extend through the hips and knees, while pushing the bar above the head.
- Your weight should transfer from the back to the front leg.
- Now transfer weight back onto the back leg as you return to the start position.
- Repeat 2 x 10 each side.
