70. Pilates Combo Chair Standing
- Kneel on the chair facing the pedals in a neutral, upright position, with arms out in front.
- Slowly curl forward one segment at a time and place the hands onto the pedals.
- Continue to curl forward, depressing the pedals as far as you can control.
- Now peel back up one segment at a time and return to the start position.
- Repeat.
