Knee Rolls
20. Mat Stability Basic
- Maintain neutral alignment and engage your core. Bring the knees and feet together
- Roll the knees to the right, allowing the head to roll to the left
- Hold this position, then draw back through the abdominals and roll back to the start position, keeping the legs connected
- Alternate sides
The pelvis rolls side to side, however the shoulder blades stay anchored on the mat
