Jaw Stretch
06. TMJ exercises
- Start with the mouth softly open, teeth not touching.
- push the jaw bone away from the side which you are looking to stretch.
- Now place the hand on the outside of the jaw and apply a gentle pressure away from the side that you wish to stretch.
- gently push the jaw back into the hand, without allowing the jaw to move.
- Hold 8 sec and repeat x 10.
