- Standing with the arm at 90o, shoulder blade lightly down and back and correct postural alignment.
- Keeping the arm at 90o, pull the hand forwards, as if drawing an arc, rotating the arm in the shoulder socket.
- Ensure the shoulder and elbow do not move from their positions, neck stays relaxed and the back remains in neutral.
- Repeat ___ times.
