33. Functional Upper Limb Retraining exs
▪Stand side on to the band, draw shoulder blades lightly down and back, elbow close beside the body.
▪Pull the band across the body by rotating the arm – ensure the shoulder or elbow joints do not move from their position.
▪ Perform slowly, preferably using a mirror to check your position.
▪ Repeat 8-10 times.
