- Draw an imaginary D on the ground with you standing in the middle of the straight edge of the D.
- Now hop straight ahead from one leg and land on the other.
- Pause in space for a few seconds and ensure that you maintain good control and correct alignment.
- Now hop out to different parts of the circumference of the D, Pausing each time before returning to the centre.
