31. Functional LL Retraining
- Tie a band or cuff around your ankle as shown
- With your knees on the ground, lay over a Swiss ball and relax your back
- Slowly allow the foot and ankle to rotate out to the side, then pull it back in to the start position
- Be sure to keep your pelvis stable throughout
- Repeat 4 x 8 each leg
