33. Functional Upper Limb Retraining exs
- Stand facing a wall, approximately 20-30cm away.
- Place your hand on the wall in front of you and ensure your shoulder blade is lightly set back and not rolling forward.
- Slowly walk your fingers up the wall to increase your shoulder range of motion.
- Once you have reached your limit, hold for 5 seconds, then slowly walk the fingers/hand back to neutral.
Repeat for 1-2 minutes.
