72. Pilates Combo Chair Prone/Supine
- Lay on your back with one heel on the pedal and the opposite leg in table top.
- Engage your core and slowly bring the pedal towards the ground without allowing the trunk to come out of neutral.
- Now allow the pedal to return to the start position.
- Repeat.
- PROGRESSION: As you bring the pedal down towards the floor, straighten the opposite leg out in front. As you return the pedal to the start position, bring the opposite leg back to table top position.
