70. Pilates Combo Chair Standing
- Stand on pedal, from parallel position cross right leg over left and hook top of right foot on pedal.
- Hands on edge of chair, shift your left hand forward, and right hand back so you are gripping close to the corners.
- Round your back, and shift your weight forward so your shoulders are over your wrists- shoulders will twist to be in line with hands.
- Keeping your back rounded, exhale to push through your arms, pull your belly button up toward your spine, lifting your body up.
- Inhale to return pedals slowly down, maintaining control.
