70. Pilates Combo Chair Standing
- Stand on pedal, feet in Pilates V position and weight through toes with your heels lifted.
- Hands on edge of chair.
- Round your back, and shift your weight forward so your shoulders are over your wrists.
- Keeping your back rounded, exhale to push through your arms, pull your belly button up toward your spine, lifting your body up.
- Inhale to return pedals slowly down, maintaining control.
