33. Functional Upper Limb Retraining exs
- Hold onto a ball in the effected arm.
- Place the fingers of the opposite hand on the radial head (little knuckle)
- Now pull the radial head towards the body while you squeeze the ball as hard as you can without pain in the elbow.
- Apply as much force on the radial head as you need to clear the pain in the elbow.
- Progress by doing with the effected arm further away from the body.
As you improve, you should be able to perform the exercise with less and less pull on the radial head with the “good hand”.
