33. Functional Upper Limb Retraining exs
- Start by having two equal weights at your feet width. This is typically done with kettlebells.
- Take a stance so you are slightly wider than the weights Infront of you.
- Hinge forward with a flat back to hold the weights.
- From here, row one weight backwards, so your elbow passes your rib cage.
- Control the weight back to the floor and repeat on the opposite side.
- Perform………………
- During the movements, try maintaining a stable and strong core, with minimal lean.
This exercise will be felt in the core, back and leg muscles.
