33. Functional Upper Limb Retraining exs
- Standing side on to the band, shoulder blade lightly down and back, elbow close beside the body.
- Pull the band away from the body by rotating the arm.
- Ensure the shoulder or elbow joints do not move from their position.
- Perform slowly, preferably using a mirror to check your position.
- Repeat 3 x 10
