42. Stretch/Mobilisation Spine exs
– Lay on your stomach with your hands beneath your forehead in a diamond position.
– Engage the core and press through the floor, ensuring your shoulder blades stay back and down and that your gaze stays towards your hands, until your chest lifts off the floor.
– Keep the hips touching the floor and try not to use your lower back muscles to lift.
– Slowly lower back down and then repeat.
