42. Stretch/Mobilisation Spine exs
• Lay on your stomach and gently engage your core.
• Without tensing or moving the low back, raise you head off the floor and then lift your spine one segment at a time until you feel a stretch in the top of the back.
• The head should remain parallel with the floor, do not look up.
• Lower the spine in the reverse order.
• Repeat for 2 mins.
