- Align the spine into neutral and engage the deep abdominals
- Float one leg to tabletop, hold briefly, then follow with the other leg
- From this double tabletop position, float both arms above the chest to the ceiling. Reach both arms and one leg long away from the body, then return to start position
- Alternating legs for a total of 10-12
