80. Pilates Spine Corrector
- Lay on the spine corrector as shown, with your butt on the lip adn your back supported on the barrel.
- Engage your core and lift both legs to table top.
- Curl up into a chest lift position, keeping your back in neutral.
- Rotate your trunk toward one knee as you extend the opposite leg.
- Return to the start position and repeat to the opposite side.
- Repeat.
