31. Functional LL Retraining
- Stand approximately 20cm away facing the wall.
- Place the theraband around your feet and come up into a small calf raise.
- Hold the calf raise and slowly turn your leading foot outwards, push out against the band with your foot to step sideways and place it down on the ground.
- Follow with the back foot and continue this sidestepping motion over about a 3-4m area.
- Do not let the heel’s touch the ground throughout this exercise.
- Repeat for 2 minutes x 2.
