- In standing from side on you need to line up the point of the shoulder, hip bone and the ankle bone, one on top of the other.
- Think of pushing your butt back over your heels. You should feel more weight through the heels and will generally feel the deep stomach muscles and butt switch on gently.
- Practice this position in front of the mirror.
