03. Posture & Basic Stability Functional
- Stand with the bodyweight balanced evenly through both feet. Gently tuck the tailbone under, draw the sitting bones together lightly to activate the gluteals and engage the core (or pelvic floor).
- Maintain the corrected pelvis position and gently tuck the bottom rib in. Draw the head back gently to balance on top of the spine (not forward of it!). The shoulders should be relaxed.
