Correction of Sitting Posture
03. Posture & Basic Stability Functional
- From the slouched sitting posture begin the correction from the pelvis by gently rolling up onto the sitting bones.
- Engage gently through the lower abs or pelvic floor.
- From there, gently lengthen through the breastbone and open the chest.
- Draw the head in gently to balance on top of the spine (not forward of it!). The shoulders should be relaxed.
