03. Posture & Basic Stability Functional
- The goal of this exercise is to learn how to keep the spine in corrected alignment as you lean forward, without collapsing into a slumped posture.
- From the corrected sitting posture, engage the core or pelvic floor. The hands are placed on the lap as shown.
- Maintain the corrected spinal posture and gently lean the whole body forwards.
- Return to the start position, and repeat 8-10 times
