72. Pilates Combo Chair Prone/Supine
- Start laying on your front on the chair, supported under the hips and pelvis, with hands on the pedals.
- Align the spine in neutral and engage your core, pushing one pedal down as far as you can while maintaining your neutral spine and pelvis and then return to the start position.
- Now push the opposite pedal down, again maintain your alignment.
- Continue to repeat, alternating sides.
