42. Stretch/Mobilisation Spine exs
- Lay on your stomach and engage your core to keep length in your low back.
- Starting with the top of your head, peel the front of your body off the floor.
- As you peel up, open your chest and slide your shoulder blades down your back.
- Now starting from the low back, roll your spine back down onto the floor.
- Repeat.
