42. Stretch/Mobilisation Spine exs
- Lie on your side with your arms at chest level and engage your core.
- Circle the top arm up and over the head as you rotate the chest towards the ceiling as far as is comfortable
- Hold for a few seconds then retrace the circle above the head to return to the start position.
- Complete 6-10 repetitions, then change to the other side.
