20. Mat Stability Basic
- Lie on stomach with arm of shortened Tsp curve/rib hump bent as shown
- Engage your core and draw shoulder blades towards each other gently as you hover upper body off the floor a few cm’s
- Lower and Repeat 10 times
- OR hold for a few counts, lower and repeat
- Avoid arching lower back or poking chin forward
