Bosu Knee Ups
01. Ankle Rehab
- Place one foot in the centre of a BOSU (dome side up) and flex slightly at the knee. The other foot is behind at hip width so you are in a lunge position.
- Now trying to maintain the position of the leg on the BOSU bring the other knee up in front, in a running action, then return it back to the start position.
- Ensure the knee on the BOSU stays directed towards the 2nd/3rd toes and does not pass the end of the toes.
- Increase the speed as you gain control.
