– Stand with feet hip width apart and knees slightly bent
– Activate the core, bend forwards through the hips, maintaining a straight back
– Hold dumbbells and start with the arms pointed towards the floor, activating the scapula to engage the upper body
– Slowly pull the weight sup towards your rib cage as shown and then lower back to start position.
