33. Functional Upper Limb Retraining exs
- Place the band around your wrist / lower forearms.
- Pull apart the band slightly so there is tension – maintain arms shoulder width apart.
- Step forward and raise both your arms above your head at the same time in a fluid movement.
- Hold this top position for 1-2 seconds.
- Return to start position in a fluid movement by lowering the arms and stepping back simultaneously.
