33. Functional Upper Limb Retraining exs
- Place the band around both wrists.
- Rotate your arms out so they make a right angle with your elbow and shoulder.
- From here, raise your elbows upwards maintain the same rotated position.
- If able, have your elbows reach your shoulder level.
- Maintain this position for 2-5 seconds unless advised differently by your treating physiotherapist.
- Return to the starting position maintain control.
