- Stand facing band which is attached to door
- Take arm out at 90 degrees to side with the elbow bent 90 degrees and forearm horizontal
- Now rotate the arm back, pivoting through the shoulder and maintaining the elbow at 90 degrees, so the band is stretched back as shown
- Keep shoulder blade back and down
- Repeat
