21. Mat Stability Int/Adv
- In correct alignment, engage your core
- Roll the pelvis back and peel the spine up one segment at a time to rest on your shoulder blades; hold this position and reach the right leg long, keeping the pelvis level and stable. Then lift and lower the right leg 3 times, keeping it straight Repeat on the left side then gently peel the spine back down to the mat
- Alternate the start leg and repeat 4-6 times
