Active Assisted Shoulder Flexion
41. Stretch/Mobilisation Upper Limb exs
- Lay on your back and hold onto a stick with both hands.
- Slowly raise the hands above the head, using as much force as you can with the bad shoulder and as much force from the good shoulder as you need.
- Raise up until you feel a comfortable stretch in the shoulder and then slowly lower.
- Repeat 3 x 10
