72. Pilates Combo Chair Prone/Supine
- Lay on your back with your heels up on the pedals and knees slightly bent.
- Turn the hips out, allowing the knees and feet to move out to the side.
- Engage your care and pull pedals down towards the floor, without allowing the trunk to come out of neutral.
- Maintaining the position of your spine, now allow the pedals to slowly raise back to the start position.
- Repeat.
