The business is growing due to a popular following amongst patients, medical referrers, strong networks within the local sporting community and an excellent community reputation, prompting us to be looking for our next superstar Physio or Remedial Massage therapist.
Here’s what we are looking for;
- People oriented therapist who is passionate about providing the absolute upmost level of care.
- Strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated desire for personal and professional growth.
- Great team player.
- Physio’s with at least 4 years clinical experience (ideally in private practice).
- Interest and experience in Pilates.
- Interest in women’s health an asset but not a necessity.
- Living within a realistic commute of the practice.

A little about us;
In Balance Physio and Pilates was founded in 2012 by Director, Jim Burke. Since this time, we have developed and exceptional reputation in the community and helped more than 6000 Manly locals overcome injury and continue to be active, enjoying the amazing playground that is the Northern Beaches. We have a young, active clientele and a wide variety of clinical presentations. We are committed to providing the gold standard in evidence-based physiotherapy treatment with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and exercise rehab. A core focus of the practice is identification and correction of the underlying weaknesses and movement dysfunctions which have lead to injury, to truly fix the problem, rather than simply treating the symptoms.
Selecting a candidate who is the right fit for the practice is something that we place a huge emphasis on. Alignment with our core values is more important that clinical skills, which can be taught. The core values of the practice are;
