Danielle graduated from Sydney University and has over 20 years experience in Private Practice. She believes that to achieve optimal functional outcomes you must look at the body as a whole to determine the cause of dysfunction and any barriers to recovery. Her treatments may incorporate hands-on manual treatment, dry needling, muscle energy techniques and exercise-based rehabilitation focused on functional strength and stability, including Pilates.
Danielle has a special interest in lumbo-pelvic biomechanics and correcting musculo-skeletal imbalances, including those associated with pregnancy. She has also had extensive experience working with elite martial artists, dancers, NSW State netball and rugby & soccer players, and has herself been an international competitor for Australia in Taekwondo and currently dances Flamenco and Salsa.Back To Staff
